Babies Love Baby Animals!

The next cutest thing to a baby is a baby animal! I am pretty sure I can speak for all of us when I say that the sight of a baby kitten, puppy, polar bear or baby seal melts our hearts and makes us say “ahh I want one!”

Babies and young children have a natural response to other babies and baby animals are no exception. Kids love to see baby animals at the zoo or on television or in their favorite books.

As parents we can take advantage of this natural attraction and teach them so many different things using animals as a tool. We can teach our children to be kind and gentle to animals as well as what kind they are!

Zoos are a great outing for babies and children of all ages. There is so much visual stimulation and if there is a petting zoo it is an exciting and fun experience for all.
